The assistant captures conversation content and the contact details provided by the visitor (name, email, phone number). All data is encrypted and accessible only to you.
Who can access the conversation data? ▼
Only you as the firm owner have access to the conversation data. Data is never shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

Is the system compliant with privacy and attorney-client confidentiality requirements? ▼
Yes. All data is stored on German servers (Hetzner, Falkenstein). A data processing agreement is in place — binding us to confidentiality, including attorney-client privilege. AI processing runs through Anthropic under EU Standard Contractual Clauses; data is processed there, not stored.
